Couple recommend it for a central stay
The staff was friendly, especially Andrea who always had a smile on her face! The breakfast was simple yet fulfilled exactly what we needed to start our day right before exploring, full of good choices.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was acceptable.

Quiet and close to the center.
Breakfast is scarce for a 4-star hotel.

Excellent location, close to all sights, area itself is quiet, without crowds of tourists. Metro and other public transport is close by. Spacious room, comfortable bed, good plumbing.
No claims.

Excellent location, clean, Russian speaking staff at reception.
It's not a big breakfast buffet for four stars, but it's fresh and delicious.

The cramped shower space needs rethinking!!! The inconsistent communication from staff could use some improvement!!! The limited bar service hours definitely leave room for enhancement!!! Don't expect modern furnishings either, as they seem well overdue for updates!!!

Excellent location. The location is very close to the main attractions, but is in an area where you can find some great places to eat and drink. There is a beautiful park just around the corner where I took my children to have a play (which is very handy when you are spending several days in a big city). Very comfortable, clean beds with quality adjustable airconditioning in both rooms. The family room is a great option for families as it has two separate rooms. Secure parking is available nearby at another hotel that is run by the same company. Parking is expensive at 25 euros per day but this seems to be a normal rate as space in Prague is at a premium. The service in the hotel was fantastic, 'Olga' was wonderful and made our family feel very welcome. I would happily recommend this hotel. A good continental breakfast was also included in the price.

The staff is very helpful, breakfast is good and rooms are clean and cozy. Basically you pay for what you get and the price is not bad, considering european standards and the fact that you're in a 4stars hotel. One of the best things is a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, every two hours from 10 am to 8 pm (go the second floor of terminal 2, exit E and Just look for the guy with the hotel sign).
Nothing... Maybe the shower is a little bit small, but you can deal with it, it's not that bad, I just wanted to write something in here.

Very nice and spacious, actually huge room, very clean,ok location 10-15 minutes walk to wencelas square,20 to old town square, very nice receptionist the first two days and the last one
Rest of the staff not very helpfull, couldn't give much information about anything, problems with phone and internet, very old towels and sheets with holes but most of all very poor breakfast, not at all matching the hotel and its 4stars,very few things to choose from and the worst very old bread every day, last day we found mould on it-that can spoil your day if you already had a slice!please guys buy some decent bread every day,it is worth the cost, you're a four star hotel
